If you don't like learning together with others (it's totally OK, that's what one-on-one coaching is for - reach out and we'll find a better match for you). :-)
If you aren't willing to try new tools or processes
If you aren't willing to practice new, more helpful habits
If you aren't willing to participate and allow others to support you as much as you like to support others (again, not a bad thing, it just means you may be more comfortable in a one-on-one situation).
If you are not willing to experiment with asking for help should Resistance start bullying and telling you to run away.
If you want to keep all your changes in your "head" and not experiment with combining the wisdom of heart and body to anchor changes
If you want to want to change, but you don't really want to change
If you want to pay your money and have changes done "to you"
If you are attached to there being a "wrong" or "right.
If you believe the only way to "breakthrough" is with a "breakdown"
If you are seeking a class in "mental toughness" (we'll be certainly working with tools in that genre, but we'll also be exploring emotional intelligence and body wisdom)
